Some candies and sweets make people really happy and feel good. Yet have you ever thought about how it makes the others feel? Some people feel guilty putting sugar and sweets into their bodies. It makes them feel weak and like they're going to destroy their body, gain weight even. Sweets can be a great thing, but some find them as a curse from the devil temptations to stay away from.

Some people can't stop eating sweets and it ruins them. It corrodes their teeth and spikes their blood sugar. Some get seriously hooked on them and not having sweets can affect their mood terribly. When it comes to candies you need to have self control because they have a dark side.  



Breakfast In The Morning

You may have heard about how breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. I agree with that statement. People need some nutrients in the morning so they can run easier. It is also good to eat breakfast so you have energy to run off of until lunch. 

I do not see why people would not eat breakfast in the morning. It is the easiest meal to make healthy. There is no downfall to it, people just don't have the time to eat it.
