I created this image using photoshop as well as images I found from various services. I used a photo taken of Saturn by Nasa as well as a picture of a hot air balloon over water on Pixabay.
First, I opened the image of the hot air balloon and used the, File - Place embedded, tool to add the photo of Saturn.
I changed the opacity so I could move it to lay over the moon in the background.
Then, I added a layer mask and painted till only Saturn showed from its original image.
I then used a solid color layer with a clipping mask and adjusted the opacity till Saturn didnt contrast from the original image so much.
